Oliver Katz, Principal

Oliver grew up on Beacon Hill, spending summers swinging a hammer for a local contractor.

He began his career at Suffolk Construction, where he spent five years in project management and business development roles across the Boston and San Francisco offices. During that time, he worked across a range of sectors, including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, and life science.

He then joined Boylston Properties, a Boston-based real estate development firm, where he spent five years working across permitting and leasing, project management, and asset management.

At Boylston, Oliver contributed to several notable projects, including Arsenal Yards in Watertown—a mixed-use development comprising 250,000 SF of retail, 300 residential units, and 400,000 SF of life science space; CityPlace, a 50,000 SF urban shopping center in Boston’s Theater District; and the Marriott Residence Inn in Fenway, a 175-key hotel. He also oversaw approximately 40,000 SF of active retail space in Needham.

Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Hobart College and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development + Design from the University of California, Berkeley.

He holds a Construction Supervisor License (Unrestricted, MA), a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License, is a LEED Green Associate, and OSHA 30 certified. He also serves on the advisory board of Gateway Arts, a Brookline-based nonprofit supporting artists with disabilities.

He works closely with C&J Katz Studio, a design and architecture firm founded and led by his parents, Cheryl and Jeffrey Katz.

With a long-standing interest in integrating real estate, hospitality, and design, Oliver founded Pamet Group in 2023—bringing those disciplines together under a single, design-led platform.
