Operating under a brand called Two Katz Hospitality, we’re a hospitality development and operations company, currently in its infancy.
We’re currently focused on fast casual concepts that are specific, scalable, and stylish. Each of our concepts will meet the demand for great quality well-priced fare, served in an attractive environment. We intend to be a multi-concept, multi-unit business. Treating our people—whether staff, vendors, customers, community, or investors—with integrity and compassion will be key to our success.
We’re currently working on our first concept, F&O’s Sloppy Joes (“F&O’s”), which will be rolled out through a series of pop-ups this Fall, 2025. We’ve been refining this concept for over a year, and are excited to finally bring it to market. In tandem with the development of F&O’s, we’re exploring several other opportunities: for instance, a latke shop reminiscent of day’s spent in our Nana’s kitchen.
