We develop hospitality concepts that are specific, scalable, and stylish—built to deliver high-quality, well-priced offerings in engaging environments. Our goal is to build a multi-concept, multi-unit platform, grounded in a simple principle: treating all stakeholders—associates, partners, guests, community members, and investors—with attention, integrity, and respect.

We are currently developing our first concept, F&O’s Sloppy Joes (“F&O’s”). The concept has been in development for over a year, shaped by a series of pop-ups and ongoing customer feedback. We are targeting a Summer 2027 opening for our first brick-and-mortar location.
